Count the number of y-y edges after fitting spaceMap model.

nonZeroUpper(ParCor, aszero)

Arguments

ParCor	The estimated partial correlation matrix, \(\hat\rho\), output from spacemap. Assumed to be symmetric.
aszero	Positive numeric value indicating at what point to consider extremely small parameter estimates of \(\rho\) as zero.
